Our Bigs, Littles, and families are invited to our 2022 Summer Picnic, our biggest match event of the year, at Camp Fire Minnesota in Excelsior! Join us to celebrate with the whole BBBS family. We’ll provide lunch and many fun activities, including:
DATE & TIME:
Saturday, July 16 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at the grounds of Camp Fire Minnesota in Excelsior, next to Lake Minnewashta.
Lunch will be provided by Soul Bowl and served from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm. Please note any dietary restrictions during registration.
REGISTRATION:
Each family is allowed to invite up to four additional guests. Each Big is allowed to bring one additional guest. All picnic attendees are required to check in at the registration booth upon arrival to receive tickets for lunch. TRANSPORTATION:
Please note that our site-based program does not permit the Big to transport their Little. We ask that Littles be transported by their family. If you or your Little are in need of transportation for this event, please indicate this during registration and a separate follow-up email will be sent.
PARKING:
Guests can park in the Westwood Community Church Parking Lot. Please look for BBBS Staff in the parking lot to direct you to the campgrounds. For those in need of handicap accessible parking, please indicate that when registering. Specific parking instructions will be sent to you in a separate follow-up email.
