The Big Meetup: All Mentors Training – Communication Styles (Virtual)

Monthly we share space with other Bigs, learn from each other’s experiences, and build community!

Join us on February 18th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for a virtual training session focused on Communication Styles. Effective communication is the foundation of any strong mentoring relationship, and understanding the different ways we communicate can make a significant impact on how we connect with and support our mentees and their families.

During this session, we’ll explore various communication styles, how to identify your own style, and how to recognize your own approach to better meet the needs of your mentee and their family. 

Expect engaging discussions, and plenty of opportunities to learn from both the trainer and fellow mentors. This virtual session will empower you to communicate more effectively and build a deeper connections.
