2022 Summer Picnic — Ready To Be Matched Only

You and a guest are invited to our 2022 Summer Picnic, our biggest match event of the year, at Camp Fire Minnesota in Excelsior! Join us to celebrate your match relationship with the whole BBBS family. We’ll provide lunch and many fun activities, including:
- Canoeing in Lake Minnewashta
- Making friendship bracelets
- Tracking birds & their migrational patterns
- Slacklining with Slackline Minnesota
- Water balloon toss
- PowerTown STEAM Activity provided by Xcel Energy
- Toasting smores with Girl Scouts
All those who plan to attend MUST complete this waiver form. Paper copy will not be provided. If you have trouble completing the wavier or have questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org!
DATE & TIME:
Saturday, July 16 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at the grounds of Camp Fire Minnesota in Excelsior, next to Lake Minnewashta.
Lunch will be provided by Soul Bowl and served from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm. Please note any dietary restrictions during registration.
All picnic attendees are required to check in at the registration booth upon arrival to receive tickets for lunch. If you have any additional questions please contact Nylisha McNutt at email@example.com.
Guests can park in the Westwood Community Church Parking Lot. Please look for BBBS Staff in the parking lot to direct you to the campgrounds. For those in need of handicap accessible parking, please indicate that when registering. Specific parking instructions will be sent to you in a separate follow-up email.
